What to Expect During an Energy Healing Session?

Energy healing sessions are gentle, non-invasive experiences designed to nurture both body and spirit.

During a session, you’ll typically relax comfortably—often lying on a therapeutic table—while I intuitively assess your aura and work to clear away energetic blockages.

As these blockages release and your chakras come into balance, you might notice a range of sensations and emotional responses. Some people feel deeply peaceful and light, while others may experience waves of emotion—like fatigue, sadness, or even a sudden lightness—as old energies or past traumas dissolve.

It’s perfectly natural for various feelings or sensations to arise. These are gentle signals that your mind, body, and soul are releasing what no longer serves you, making way for fresh, healing energy to fill that space. Embracing whatever comes up during your healing journey is an important part of the process.
